This week we are joined by Shoba Rao to discuss “Don’t let your struggles stop you from living”. Shoba Rao is a successful leader in the tech industry.

She is currently Sr. Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Ensurge Micropower, working on Solid State Lithium Ion Batteries.

Shoba is a three time cancer survivor with an organ transplant and has written her first book based on her learnings, which is awaiting publication.

The working title of the book is “My Race Against Death”. In her spare time she enjoys being a Toastmaster catering to her love for public speaking and enhancing her leadership skills.

She strongly believes in happiness being a path we take and not the destination.
